I have first heard of Vogue Decor through Instagram and at that time, I was in search of a dining banquette (booth) for my home. I wanted something that was custom, and made with quality materials. So when I researched a little more, I found out they create commercial grade restaurant seating, including booths. I went for a visit to the shop on Denison - at first I drove past it because it quite conspicuous, but it is literally the second shop to the right of the building strip. When going in, my partner and I were greeted with Gary. Gary was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products and the industry. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. Most importantly, he explained very thoroughly what and how the process was done. You can pick your own fabric, request for two-tone, choose your base..etc. the entire process was quite fun and Gary was extremely helpful in assisting and attending to all the questions I had. I eventually ordered a custom booth from Vogue Decor after months of searching because the quality, the service and the price was right. I wouldn't have been happier anywhere else.

Vogue is by far the go to in the city , first off I couldn’t even find what I needed any where else until I came across this business on google which surprised me but what was even better was the way this business handled a very normal but unfortunate situation in business which was a damage on arrival during delivery which I also deal with in my line of business sometimes . This was of course out of the merchants control because of careless couriers but I’m deeply impressed and happy with how Vogue handled this situation by instantly responding and offering me a brand new one immediately . To limit my convenience to drop off the damaged product , they offered me to keep the defective product as an option, which I had no problems with as I can use it as a spare or figure out a way to possible restore it . I ended up buying more from the store afterwards to accommodate both products to be fully functional . I definitely recommend this business . Service and pricing is amazing !
